About Us
Trauma, trails & red dirt
Our story
We were raised inside a polygamous community in the desert Southwest. Big families, strict rules, and a lot of things nobody talked about. One by one, we left.
Years later we kept running into each other at the same trailheads and campfires in Southern Utah — the ex-plig kids who traded prairie dresses and priesthood meetings for dirt bikes, side-by-sides and red dirt on everything we own.
This podcast is those campfire conversations with the mics on. It gets dark, it gets ridiculous, and it’s always honest. If you grew up in it too, pull up a chair.
What you're in for
-
Gritty & sarcastic
We laugh at the hard stuff because we lived it.
-
Rebellious & trauma-bonded
Same religion, same rules, same exit. That kind of history makes a family of its own
-
Outdoors & deserts
Slot canyons, two-tracks and fire rings across Southern Utah. The desert is where we decompress.
-
Plig-kids go wild
Dirt bikes, side-by-sides, cold drinks and every freedom we weren't allowed growing up.
